Your role as Inside Sales Account Manager at Cyklop
As an Inside Sales Account Manager at Cyklop in Zwolle, you're part of our commercial team. You manage existing customer relationships and actively pursue new opportunities. You're the first point of contact for customers, you think along with them on their packaging challenges, and you know when to push through from quote to deal.
You know Cyklop's products inside out and work closely with your colleagues in both inside and field sales. On top of that, you help us think about how to make the sales process even smarter.
In short: commercial, varied and with plenty of room to grow.

No targets that keep you up at night, but goals that keep you sharp. You manage your own customer portfolio and actively build on it. We go for results together, with the freedom to do it your way.
Yes, you'll be on the phone. But always with a purpose. You have substantive conversations, think along with the customer and know when to push through. No script, no robotic talk, just commercial work with character and a clear overview. You already have experience, and it counts. You don't have to reinvent the wheel. What you bring, we'll put to use. And where you want to grow, we'll make room for it. You close deals, but you also have fun. From shared lunch walks to games of table tennis. - A bachelor's level of working and thinking, plus the ambition to keep developing yourself.

- A salary range of €3,000 to €4,000, matching your experience and what you bring.
- A 38-hour contract, with the prospect of a long-term partnership.
- 28 holiday days (based on 38 hours), with the option to work 40 hours and save up an extra 13 days off.
