At Cyklop we are looking for a Field Service Technician (70%) - Internal Service (30%)

Cyklop is a young, dynamic, driven and enthusiastic organisation. Cyklop supervises the entire packaging process from advice, purchase, installation to service and maintenance of the packaging machines and focuses on solutions at the customer, also in aftersales.

Your role and tasks

• Installing machines at customers' premises
• Carrying out repairs and preventive maintenance for our customers
• Training users and technicians at our customers
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance on equipment and machines in our workshop in Anderlecht
• Preparing new machines and ensuring customer-specific adjustments, after which the machines are made ready for shipment
• Reporting on the work carried out

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum A2 education or A3 with experience
• Forklift driver certificate (or willing to obtain this)
• Dutch is your native language, you also speak some French
