To strengthen our production team, we are looking for you as a Machine Operator (m/f/d) for our PET strap production lines. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating, monitoring and controlling our production lines for the manufacture of PET strapping
• Setting up and changing over the production lines for different products, strap widths and production requirements
• Monitoring the entire production process and ensuring uninterrupted production
• Checking and adjusting relevant machine and production parameters
• Carrying out quality checks during ongoing production
• Identifying and resolving minor faults and performing simple maintenance and servicing work
• Documenting production volumes, quality figures, faults and rejects
• Complying with the defined quality, work and safety standards
• Working closely with maintenance, quality assurance and production management

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed technical or industrial vocational training is desirable; career changers with a technical understanding are also welcome
• Ideally experience in operating and monitoring production machinery, preferably in plastics processing or extrusion
• Technical understanding and an interest in production processes and machinery
• Experience with machine controls and technical installations is an advantage
• Careful and responsible way of working
• Strong quality awareness and a good eye for product deviations
• Reliability, team spirit and physical resilience
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good written and spoken German
