  • Strong communication skills – You’re a good listener and a persuasive speaker.
  • Proactive mindset – You take initiative instead of waiting for direction.
  • MBO+ / HBO-level education – Completed or nearing completion. Any prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
