Vacancy: Application Manager (Full-Time, 38–40 Hours)

Netherlands
Full time
Remote

At Cyklop, we’re seeking an Application Manager to oversee and enhance our application landscape. This includes ERP management, CRM systems, BI tools, and SharePoint. Your mission? To ensure our teams can leverage these systems to their full potential and drive operational efficiency across the board.

What You’ll Be Doing as Application Manager

As part of the central IT team, you’ll be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of our enterprise applications. You’ll support end users, train key users, and contribute to international projects such as ERP rollouts. You’ll also identify and implement process optimizations, leveraging tools like Power BI where applicable.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing operational support for ERP, CRM, and other business-critical applications
  • Maintaining, updating, and testing applications to ensure performance and availability
  • Participating in international IT projects and implementations
  • Translating information needs into BI reports and dashboards
  • Identifying, improving, and automating business processes
  • Training and supporting users (instructional documentation, key-user guidance)

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a driven, analytical team member who can translate business needs into effective IT solutions. You’re structured, communicative, and able to navigate various systems and stakeholder levels with ease.

You have:

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree in (Technical) Informatics or Computer Engineering
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Certification in ASL (Application Services Library) and project management
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (knowledge of Jeeves and Salesforce is a plus)
  • Familiarity with SQL and ideally the Pascal programming language
  • Strong command of English (Dutch and German are a plus)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

What We Offer

  • A full-time position (38–40 hours) in a growing international organization
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model (home and office)
  • A professional IT team with space for your own initiatives
  • Strong focus on personal development and internal mobility
  • A supportive, informal working environment within a tight-knit team
  • A unique opportunity to contribute to Cyklop’s global digitalization and process optimization efforts

Working at Cyklop Netherlands

You’ll join a dynamic and international company where quality, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of what we do. Within the IT team, you’ll work alongside three other ambitious colleagues. At Cyklop, we believe in growth – of our people and our organization.
