Your role as Corporate Recruiter at Cyklop

As Corporate Recruiter you are the point of contact for everything related to recruitment. You work closely with managers to map out staffing needs and translate these into an effective hiring approach. You write compelling job ads, actively search for talent and guide candidates through the entire application process.

You're more than just a recruiter. You advise managers, think along about labour market developments and actively contribute to Cyklop's visibility as an employer. You also play an important role in onboarding new colleagues, so they feel welcome from day one.

In short, a varied role where recruitment, employer branding and collaboration come together.

What you can expect (and what you can't)

This is not a role where you simply pass CVs along. It's a role where you genuinely influence the growth of our organisation. You get the freedom to fill vacancies your way and to actively seek out the best candidates. You work together with managers, think along about the right recruitment strategy and see the results of your efforts directly.

You're regularly in conversation with candidates, visit job fairs, maintain contacts with schools, temp agencies and recruitment partners, and contribute to our employer branding. Do you have ideas to make recruitment smarter or more effective? We'd love to hear them.

What do you bring?

• People skills - You recognise talent and connect easily with candidates and colleagues.
• Recruitment experience - You have experience in recruitment, employment services or a comparable commercial or HR role.
• A proactive attitude - You don't sit back and wait, you go out and find the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills - You switch easily between candidates, managers and external partners.
• MBO 4 / HBO working and thinking level - Preferably in HRM, Commercial Economics or a comparable field.

• A salary range of € 3,500 to € 4,500 - Matching your experience and what you bring.
• A 16-hour contract - With the prospect of a long-term collaboration.
• Flexible working hours - You arrange the 16 hours per week in consultation with us. Whether you prefer two full days, four mornings or another split, we're happy to think along with you.
• 28 holidays (based on a 38-hour week)
• An enthusiastic and committed team - Where we work hard, but laugh a lot too.
• Hybrid working - Partly working from home is possible in consultation.
