What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

  • Morning Kickoff – Start with a coffee and a team meeting. Which deals are in the pipeline? Which customers need follow-up?
  • Sales & Customer Contact – You call warm and cold leads, listen to their needs, and advise on the best packaging solutions. You might spot a new opportunity and schedule a field sales appointment right away.
  • Quotations & Administration – A customer is interested! You draft a sharp proposal and keep everything up to date in the CRM system.
  • Lunch & Fun – Time to relax with colleagues, play a game of table tennis, or go for a walk outside.
  • Afternoon Push – You check incoming requests, coordinate with marketing about a new campaign, and call a customer to close a deal.
  • End of the Day – You update your tasks, high-five the team, and look back on a successful day.

What Do You Bring?

  • Commercial Drive – You’re quick on your feet, spot opportunities, and go after them.
  • Results-Oriented – Closing deals gives you energy. You’re focused on the win.
  • Strong Communication Skills – You listen well and know how to persuade customers.
  • Self-Starter & Proactive – You don’t wait around — you take initiative.
  • MBO+ / HBO-Level Thinking and Working – Experience in sales or customer contact is a strong plus!
