President Europe
Markus Locher is the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Cyklop, where he leads the commercial strategy and coordination of Cyklop subsidiaries, ensuring a unified and synergic approach to market development and customer engagement. Markus brings nearly 25 years of international experience in the packaging industry, combining deep technical expertise with proven leadership in complex organizations.
Before joining Cyklop, he served as Vice President Sustainable Packaging Solutions at ACTEGA, where he led global initiatives in barrier applications, circularity, and regulatory innovation.
“My vision for Cyklop is to leverage our strong regional expertise and transform it into global strength, driving sustainable growth for the future”, said Markus. In his free time, Markus enjoys hiking, motorcycling, and restoring classic cars.
Alok Sharma
Alok Sharma is the Chief Financial Officer of Cyklop, where he leads the company's global finance organization and supports the execution of its long-term growth strategy.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Alok brings more than 20 years of international experience across Europe, Asia, and Africa. His expertise spans finance, corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, business transformation, treasury, and operational excellence across the chemicals, packaging, manufacturing, and FMCG industries.
Prior to joining Cyklop, Alok served as Group CFO and Board Director within the Jindal Group, managing finance operations across multiple companies and international geographies while driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and value creation.
At Cyklop, he is responsible for strengthening financial performance, optimizing working capital, leading treasury operations, and supporting strategic investments that create long-term value for customers, employees, and shareholders.
Based in Milan, Alok is passionate about leadership development, international business, and building high-performing global teams.
Erivelto Gadioli Júnior
Erivelto is the President of Cyklop's operations in Americas, supporting and implementing the group's strategies in the region.
He has more than 28 years of experience dedicated to the B2B packaging segment, with a focus on sales, marketing, people and manufacturing management.
"For me, what I love most about being part of the Cyklop team, is having the rare opportunity to learn and get involved with all market segments through the wide range product portfolio."
Erivelto is committed to sharing his knowledge and contributing to people's development. He lives in São Paulo, Brazil, with his wife and son.
