Are you an HR professional with a hands-on mentality and a talent for connecting? Do you want to work in a dynamic, technical environment where your ideas make an impact? Then we have the challenge for you!


We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor who works on important themes such as renewing our job structure, training & development and increasing employee satisfaction. These are Cyklop's HR objectives for 2025. Are you the proactive and curious HR expert who will help us further in this? Then we would like to meet you!

What are you going to do?
  • You arrange everything related to the inflow, flow and outflow of employees and ensure that processes run smoothly.
  • You advise managers and employees on all HR-related issues.
  • You initiate and implement strategic HR projects , such as renewing our job structure
  • You analyze HR data and translate insights into concrete improvements.
  • You manage and supervise absenteeism files and ensure smooth processing.
  • You keep the employee handbook up to date and ensure that everything is correct in terms of regulations and legislation.
  • You optimize HR processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our organization.
  • You monitor the correct execution of payroll processing, pension schemes and other HR-related insurance.
Chi sei?
  • You have a higher professional education diploma , preferably in the field of HRM.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You work accurately and always deliver 100% correct advice and solutions.
  • You are goal-oriented, have strong communication skills and are proactive .
  • You have experience with absenteeism management .
  • Pré: Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement.
