Cyklop Group is pleased to announce that Jeff Tang will become Chief Executive Officer of the Group, effective August 1, 2026. Roberto Salemme, currently Group CEO, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman.

The appointments are part of a carefully planned leadership transition designed to ensure continuity and support the Group’s next phase of growth.

As CEO, Jeff Tang will lead Cyklop’s global operations and oversee the execution of the Group’s strategy across its businesses and international markets. Jeff brings extensive international leadership experience and a deep knowledge of Cyklop, having held senior roles within the Group, including President Asia and Deputy CEO.

Jeff will be supported by a highly experienced international leadership team, with strong management in place across all key functions, regions, operations, and business areas. This provides Cyklop with a solid foundation to execute its strategy and accelerate its future growth.

As Executive Chairman, Roberto Salemme will continue to play an active role in the Group, focusing on strategic development, governance, major investments, acquisitions, and long-term value creation. He will also support Jeff and the wider leadership team during the next stage of Cyklop’s development.
