Your Challenge: Open Doors and Build Lasting Relationships
As a Key Account Manager at Cyklop, you’ll have the opportunity to not only grow relationships with existing customers but, most importantly, identify and win new business opportunities. You thrive on discovering promising prospects and turning sales opportunities into long-term partnerships. Once you’re at the table, you’re the expert—translating technical solutions into efficient, automated processes. You provide advice that truly helps clients move forward.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Managing and growing relationships with key customers and new prospects
- Translating customer needs into smart automation solutions
- Acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to your clients, collaborating closely with other departments to deliver tailored solutions
- Proactively working to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting revenue goals and strengthening client loyalty
Who Are You?
- You have a commercial mindset with a technical heart—or you’re a technician with a commercial drive. You’re ambitious, self-motivated, and creative in finding solutions.
- A completed bachelor’s degree (HBO level) or equivalent experience, ideally in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Process Automation
- Ambition, drive, and creativity
- Experience in a similar role is a strong plus
- A passion for acquisition—turning prospects into partners is a game you enjoy winning. An existing network in the industry is a bonus
- Ideally, you live in central Netherlands for easy client visits
- Fluent Dutch and English communication skills, both spoken and written
What We Offer You
- A company car, laptop, and mobile phone
- A one-year contract with the intention of permanent employment afterward
- A full-time position (38–40 hours per week), including 2 reduced working hours (ADV) per week
- 28 vacation days (based on full-time employment), with the option to purchase additional weeks
